Story
CM of the state Sanjeevayya (Suman) dies in a bomb blast. Dhnunjay (Subbaraju) – a relative of Sanjeevayya plans to take over the post of CM. Arjun Prasad (Rana Daggubati), the son of Sanjeevayya is a well educated and a successful entrepreneur in the USA. He realises that his CM father was a corrupt person and entire political system is infested with corruption. Arjun uses his brain to outsmart Dhanunjay to become the CM. The rest of the story is all about how Arjun fights the system of corruption and makes a difference.
Artists Performance:
Rana is Superb in this film i thank sekhar kammula who introduced a good personality to telugu industry. His looks are very powerful which suits the role. His voice is asset to him,But in lovable scenes he has to improve.Priya Anand looks good & acted very well but her role is not much to do. Richa is also good especially in sarees very neat with her romantic looks which attracts. Suhasini is perfect.Kota is also good. Subbaraju did a good work as a opposition to 'Leader'.Harsha vardhan character is good.Tanikella Bharani is nice. Rao Ramesh and Ahuti Prasad are adequate. Udaya Bhanu did an item song in the movie which is ok.
Story - screenplay - direction: Thanks for sekhar kammula for choosing this subject.He did a Honest work and almost succeded.Photograpgy is simply superb .The main tempo raises with background score given by micky he scored full marks in songs and especially in background score in interval scene ,climax etc.
Total Analysis: First half is superb and in second half about 15 min tempo goes down where girl comes in CM's life and again climax is good.Director can still give high voltage ending .
